Lori Jodar became interested in real estate in 1984 when she was looking for a home to buy. When she couldn't find what she wanted, she bought waterfront property in Charlevoix, on Lake Michigan, and developed the exclusive condominium community of Nine Mile Pointe. Thus began a lasting love affair with residential property that led to Lori to become the first sales associate hired by the developers of Bay Harbor in 1994.

Born and raised in the Detroit area where she was a Registered Nurse, Lori has lived Up North since 1976. In addition to developing Nine Mile Pointe, she has remodeled and built five homes of her own and currently lives in her renovated 105 year old farmhouse on 30 acres near Bay Harbor.
